No collateral damage occurs as a consequence of 'desperate' action. 4. The car or vehicle used will not be damaged as a result of 'hurry'. 5. The activity or event will be witnessed by some other person(s). 6. No mistaken identity occurs and/or no mistake will be made, in respect of the target(s) or goal(s) of the occupant(s) of the car. 7.
