| DRINK-DRIVING Definition: (British English) Driving a vehicle after drinking too much alcohol. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements would be in. 1. Purposeful, even if unnecessary to drive in a stupor. 2. Driver believes, at the start of drive, that nothing can go wrong. 3. No serious disturbance occurs to other road user(s). 4. No damage to the vehicle driven. And nothing on the road is destroyed by drunk-driver. 5. Drive takes person to destination safely, whenever he or she arrives - early or late. 6. Drunk is not driving a stolen vehicle or the wrong vehicle. 7. Not caught by the law (to emphasize, connect to #3 & #6). 8.
