| DRINK-DRIVER Definition: (British English) A person who drives a vehicle after drinking too much alcohol. ______________________________________________________________________ * All twelve elements should be in. 1. Purposeful (?) (connect to #2). 2. Considered necessary, by 'the unreasonable', to still drive vehicle in drunken state. 3. Has and in possession of a license (to emphasize). 4. Has good eyesight, and knows the route - even if vision is hazy and destination is forgotten or uncertain. 5. Drink(s) was/were taken voluntarily. 6. Takes or took the right drinks - not that or those that can cause serious damage to organ(s), a problem or an illness or even death to drunk. 7. Has no other person (= passenger) in the vehicle (to emphasize). 8. Does not throw-up or vomit inside vehicle. And ... . 9. Does not continue drinking while driving (to emphasize, connect to #8, see definition). 10. Not stopped, flagged down or pursued on the way by law enforcement agent(s). And/but will not refuse to take a breath test! 11. Gets to destination, timely and safely, without any problem (?!). 12. Remembers the past events, on getting sober.
