| DREAM (1) Definition: A series of images, events and feelings that happen in your mind while you are sleeping. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful, whether this is known or unknown. 2. 'Real' or 'realistic', to the extent of your imagination. 3. Happenings were all while you were deeply asleep - not in a daydream, reverie, while hallucinating, etc. (To emphasize.) 4. Can be vividly recalled or remembered when you wake, whether it is recorded - written down - or not. 5. Leads to a positive act or action when you wake. That is, can be reacted to, if necessary (connect to #1, #4 & #6). 6. Images never in colour, events not unfathomable and feeling not intractable; exciting or interesting, not 'ghoulish' or nightmarish. 7. No unplanned loss or injury or self-harm arises from series of images, etc. had in sleep, especially from the actions, if any, that would have been taken while you were asleep (connect to #3 & #5). 8.
