Purposeful and necessary to not use paint. 2. Complete or completed, not a 'work-in-progress, work of art'. 3. A pencil or pen-made 'beauty', not anything like or near a 'daub'. 4. Picture is in the right dimensions; not so 'tiny' as to make it difficult for the eyes to see and appreciate. 5. Will have some use - display, instruction, sale, decoration, etc. 6. (Reserved.) (Titled or named.) 7. Material on which it is drawn is appropriate. That is, picture stays on board, canvass, etc. long enough to be appreciated. 8.
