| DRAFT DODGER Definition: (North American English) A person who illegally tries to avoid doing military service. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary to avoid draft, in the opinion of dodger. 2. Makes attempt on the basis of a conviction. That is, person has a philosophy as a reason for objection. 3. Never penalized in the future, especially by the government or the voters, public, etc. 6.
