| DOWNSHIFT Definition: A change to a job or style of life where you may earn less but which puts less pressure on you and involves less stress. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements would be in. 1. Purposeful (see definition). 2. Considered necessary to have change. 3. Movement to a lower level is voluntary. That is, you are not cajoled or forced to take pay cut, etc. 4.
