| DOUBLE STUFF Definition: A way of trying to trick somebody by telling them the truth while hoping that they think you are lying. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary, in your opinion. 2. Talk is insistent and if necessary repeated. And story is told without an obvious sign of hesitation, but with some glee, pride or relish. 3. The manner of saying what is said makes it seem unreasonable, unreal and/or unbelievable. 4. There is a measure of exaggeration in the tale told, that will make it to be suspected as untrue. 5. There will be a gain, for you, in being assumed to have lied. And there would be losses for those who did not believe the truth. 6.
