| DOPE (2) Definition: A drug that is taken by a person or given to an animal to affect their performance in a race or sport. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements would be in. 1. Purposeful (connect to #2). 2. Considered necessary to influence outcome of performance. 3. Recommended, that is, not a drug that has not been clinically proven to achieve particular result(s). In other words, drug is fit for human or animal consumption. 4. 'Approved' and/or 'authorized', whether drug is legal or illegal (to emphasize, see definition). 5. Given and taken in appropriate dosage or dose. 6. Performance hoped for is what person or animal produces. That is, drug is effective. 7. No bad effect or negative after-effect is suffered by person or animal after drugs are taken, whether immediately or at a later time. 8. (Reserved.) (Will be denied, vehemently, by human, as having been taken, until or unless some incontrovertible evidence is provided.) 9.
