| DIVERSION (1) Definition: The act of changing the direction that somebody/something is following, or what something is used for. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and considered necessary to change direction/use. 2. Not illegal or unauthorized (to emphasize). 3. Takes place at the right spot, point, time, place, etc. 4. Happens timely to help achieve goal(s). 5. What is changed is not diluted or polluted in the process. Or a misuse or disuse does not occur from the act (connect to #6 & #7). 6. To the correct direction (destination) or the right use (purpose). 7. No unplanned loss arises from the act. And no injury, wound, etc. occurs from the result of change. 8. Serves purpose(s) as exactly hopped or planned for. 9. Not redirected later or made to reconnect with former route.
