| DISUSE (1) Definition: A situation in which something is no longer being used. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and considered necessary to not use thing again. 2. No illegality is committed by failure to use thing. 3. Thing was maximally used before 'rest' (to emphasize). 4. Thing can still be used. That is, it is not a completely worthless or valueless thing. 5. Has not been dismantled or 'dismembered'. And is not deliberately hidden from view or kept away from access. 6. No real benefit, profit or gain accrues in the state that thing is in (connect to #4 & #7). 7. No reference is made to thing during a teaching/learning process. And thing is not used for research, experimentation, etc. 8.
