Definition: A person who does not agree with opinions that are officially or generally accepted.

2. Considers it a necessity to be on the 'other side'.

3. Has a conviction, and therefore, eloquent all through.

4. Does not or will not change his or her mind. And does not insist that opinion, idea, suggestion, etc. should be adopted or enforced.

5. Achieves objective(s) as hoped for, whatever this/these is/are.

6. Never takes the authority or majority to a court, an arbitration panel, etc. (to emphasize).
