Definition: The fact of having or expressing opinions that are different from those that are officially accepted.

1. Purposeful and necessary - informed - even if turns out dangerous !

2. Held or expressed openly and heard, read, seen, felt, etc. by intended target: 'the opposition'.

3. Counter opinion or preference is specific and identifiable; complete and detailed.

4. Stance adopted has a basis. That is, position is not based on a weak foundation. In other words, not an illogical or meaningless dissension.
