Purposeful and considered necessary to make thing difficult to continue normally, by who or what is disrupting thing. 2. No illegality is involved in the methods used to achieve goal(s). 3. Situation is justified or justifiable (connect to #1). 4. No unplanned loss is suffered by the spoiler(s). 5. Duration that situation lasts is considered appropriate. 6. What is done does not eventually put an end or a stop to the activity being slowed or delayed (see definition, to emphasize). 7.
