| DISREPAIR (1) Definition: A building, road, etc. that is in a state of disrepair has not been taken care of and is broken or in bad condition. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements would be in. 1. Specific and identifiable. 2. State is measurable and/or assessable. 3. Building, etc. was used before getting to sorry state. 4. Building, road, etc. is still accessible. (Connect to #6.) 5. Does not ordinarily pose a danger by its presence. That is, there will be no immediate need to demolish, close, divert, etc., as applicable, the building, road, etc. 6. Building is or will be given appropriate attention as soon as possible by the owner, government, etc. That is, repairs, renovation, reconstruction, refurbishment, etc., will be undertaken on structure or road, sooner or later.
