| DISPLAY (1) Definition: An arrangement of things in a public place to inform or entertain people or advertise something for sale. ______________________________________________________________________ * All ten elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary (see definition). 2. Arrangements are complete and correct. That is, everything is available and all are in the right places/positions. 3. Place is allowed for a 'show'. That is, arrangement in particular spot will not be considered as illegal (connect to #4, to emphasize). 4. Things stay in place for the appropriate duration. 5. Arrangement is such that things can be viewed fully. 6. Arrangement is attractive (to emphasize, connect to #5). 7. No loss of an item occurs during the period of public exposure. 8. No damage to an item as a result of exposure to the elements. 9. Entertainment or advertisement poses no danger to the environment or ecosystem. And also poses no threat to the public! That is, things are not ordinarily bad for, or dangerous to, humans, animals and plants. 10.
