Purposeful and considered necessary to be disobedient. 2. Order, request, command, etc. is specific and identifiable. 3. Order, demand, etc. is not to do an illegality. 4. Person failing or refusing to obey has the capability or capacity to comply with directive, instruction, etc. 5. There is a sanction for non-compliance. And this is clearly known. 6. A gain, benefit, etc. accrues for the disobedient person/party. 7.
