| DISINFLATION Definition: Disinflation is a reduction in the rate of inflation, especially as a result of government policies. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. The deep-rooted policies which will be effectively supervised ends up producing positive, beneficial long-lasting effects on the economy. 3. No political gridlocks or instability will arise during the period. 4. Optimism of the populace will be sky-high; ready to bear shocks. That is, the cooperation and support of the citizenry will be assured. 5. The currency or exchange rates will be determined only by the forces of supply and demand; no black economy having an impact. 6. Will reflect in productivity, efficiency, growth, expansion, etc. That is, improvement in employment, savings, etc. will be recorded. 7. Will be sustained or sustainable for a considerable period of time. 8. Gains arising therefrom, will be obtained by investors, consumers, manufacturers, etc. That is, benefits of reduction will be truly felt. 9. (Reserved.)
