Disincentive
DISINCENTIVE

Definition: A thing that makes somebody less willing to do something.

1. Thing is specific and identifiable.

2. No real gain, benefit, profit, usefulness, etc. in what would have been done. (And no desire to prove a point by disregarding particular thing.)

3. No importance (= future prospect or present relevance) in the matter that would have been done.

4. Some danger, threat, risk, etc. exists in thing. And a great loss will arise if endeavour that is avoided, is undertaken.

5. Not backed, supported, endorsed, etc. by any provision in the statutes or by an official authority.

6. (Reserved.) (Thing can be easily managed, changed, handled, etc. That is, adequate measure of control is possessed in the situation.)
