| DISHONESTY (1) Definition: The state of being not honest; an intention to trick people. ______________________________________________________________________ * All ten elements would, so sadly, be in. 1. Purposeful, and considered necessary, by the dishonest party, even if state is indefensible. 2. Acts and actions are specific and identifiable, however small or big, planned or allegedly inadvertent! 3. Condition is measurable and/or assessable, wherever and whenever perpetrated or attempted. 4. 'Benefit', 'gain', 'profit', etc. that accrues or that may accrue from act is deemed as worthwhile for 'criminal', however planned or executed. 5. Never admitted as a wrongdoing while being committed, whatever the evidence, whoever the victim(s). 6. There is a sanction, if caught, for wrong/sin; never overlooked. 7. Acts or actions are not justifiable and cannot be defended in law. That is, nothing can be employed to explain trickery or dishonest intention. 8. Acts and actions displayed, while committing dishonest activity will be presented as genuine and completely true (connect to #5). 9. Succeeds. That is, dishonest state survives or trick works, even if clearly known by others. (Connect to #10.) 10.
