| DISEMBARKATION Definition: The act of leaving a vehicle, especially a ship or an aircraft, at the end of a journey. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary to disembark - at or before or even after destination! 2. Act takes place at the desired and right point or place - whether forced or voluntary. 3. Authorized or approved (where necessary). 4. No injury, wound, etc. occurs to person leaving vehicle, in the process of disembarking. 5. Leaves with luggage, possessions, etc., as necessary. 6. Damages nothing in/on the vehicle (= bicycle, motorcycle, car, etc.) while disembarking. 7.
