| DISCONNECTION (1) Definition: The act of removing a piece of equipment from a supply of gas, water or electricity. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary to disconnect thing. 2. (Reserved.) (Authorized or approved, if applicable.) 3. Equipment is removed gently. That is, no destruction to what is disconnected. And no damage to where/what it is removed from. 4. There is no unplanned or collateral loss in the process. That is, person who removes thing or tool with which thing is removed is not injured or spoiled. And the environment or ecosystem is not destroyed as a result of act. 5. The equipment is removed timely. 6. Thing is off for an appropriate period of time (connect to #8). 7. Act (= removal) serves purpose(s). 8.
