| DISCHARGE (2) Definition: [ ~ (from something) ] The act of officially allowing somebody, or of telling somebody, to leave somewhere, especially somebody in a hospital or the army. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary (to emphasize). 2. Considered appropriate to let person leave. _________________________ TO LIVE OR TO DIE. (See perfect READMISSION (2).) 3. Permission is issued by the right official, who has considered the situation or circumstances professionally. 4. Order is given timely. And departure is prompt. __________________________ REQUESTED OR NOT. (See perfect READMISSION (1).) 5. No bills will be outstanding (if applicable), no unresolved issue will be left behind, etc. by person released from hospital, army, etc. 6. Something was gained where person was kept, for whatever duration, before the permission to leave was granted. _______________________ EARLY OR LATE. (See perfect RECALL (2).) 7. Person is not, under any condition, readmitted to a hospital - for the same ailment - or recalled to the army, in the same country. 8.
