| DISBURSEMENT Definition: (formal) The payment of money to somebody from a large amount that has been collected for a purpose. ______________________________________________________________________ * All ten elements should be in. 1. Purposeful (to emphasize). 2. Considered necessary to give out part. 3. Authorized and/or approved accordingly. 4. Given to the right recipient or beneficiary. 5. Give out timely to recipient or beneficiary. 6. Paid in the right amount(s), tranche(s), currency/currencies, etc. 7. Money collected and from which a sum is paid out is genuine, not counterfeit or fake. 8. Documentation is complete and correct on completion of payment. 9. Nothing regrettable happens as a result of the manner of payment. That is, no injury or wound to payer/payee and remainder of money is intact after release of part of funds. 10.
