| DISAPPOINTMENT (3) Definition: Sadness because something has not happened or been as good, successful, etc. as you expected or hoped. ______________________________________________________________________ * Will depend on what is 'worshipped'. A 'disappointment' could result in becoming rich, acquiring political power, discovering a lost treasure, etc. It is usually from a different point of view (normally that of the one disillusioned or let down by an action or from inaction).
