| DISADVANTAGED (1) Definition: (usually - the disadvantaged) People who are disadvantaged (= who do not have the things, such as education, or enough money, that people need in order to succeed in life). ______________________________________________________________________ * 'Thirteen' ... unlucky for some ! D - Desirous of having advantage, or at least, being on a level-playing field with others, to try to succeed. E - Entitlements, if any, are withheld, remedy denied, privileges withdrawn, rights abrogated, etc. G - God Almighty sees their situation but is only watching and waiting, for only what He knows. A - All the 'oppressors' or others with advantage are not offering any support, assistance, help, etc. T - Trying to still be hopeful, not giving up and ready to quickly grab an opportunity that might be provided. N - No real viable option in the situation. Fate is like sealed and all they wait for is 'the end'. A - Angry, crying, complaining, protesting, grumbling, frowning, etc., privately (silently) or publicly (openly). V - Vengeance or revenge cannot be sought, no room for an appeal, no possibility of a compensation. D - Determination or unity, cooperation or alliance amongst the deprived will be meaningless, in the face of the odds that will be stacked against them. A - Will be in an all-time, every time state - no escape, no breathing space, no saving grace or redeeming feature; clueless. S - Suffers serious losses as a direct fallout or outcome of situation or the disadvantages being suffered. I - Impossible to convincingly justify, rationalize or explain the very bleak situation. D - Did nothing wrong! Played expected part, if any, very well, yet. ____________________________ ... it's NOT THEIR FAULT. | |
