| DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY Definition: Special rights given to diplomats working in a foreign country which mean they cannot be arrested, taxed, etc. in that country. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements would be in. 1. Purposeful (to emphasize). 2. Considered necessary to have special rights. 3. Will be read to a diplomat when he or she breaks a law. 4. Not breached.
