Doesn't plan (think) or prepare (reason) before course of action. 4. Constantly having needed chances, to make amends, which are never made use of or taken. 5. Never bothered about being disadvantaged or can't see a particularly bad occurrence as a loss. 6. Easily shirks responsibilities, if any, and/or will be derelict in performing duties. 7. Won't be choosy and will easily procrastinate or postpone actions. 8. This person's action, or inaction, ends in a loss in the long run. 9.
