Purposeful and necessary to achieve particular size and shape. 2. Whatever will be removed or shaped through cutting or shaping will not be able to grow or expand on back again. 3. The particular size and shape desired will be specific and identifiable; small or medium or large, ugly or beautiful. 4. Statistics required to attain specific size and shape will be measurable and/or assessable - permanent and not a range. 5. Process from start to finish lasts for a specific period of time.
