Purposeful and necessary, no matter the patient or case study. 2. Has experience, training, qualification, etc., as applicable. 3. Conducts all activities using the right means and/or methods. 4. Would not put himself or herself at risk in the course of work. 5. Spends adequate time in examining, questioning, testing, etc. 6. Issues statements in the end and will be able to defend same. 7.
