Purposeful, whether planned or not. 2. Cannot be successfully resisted or rejected, whether event or stage is liked or disliked. 3. Arrives or occurs timely to help achieve objective(s). 4. Extent is exactly as hoped or planned for. That is, new event or stage is fully understood. 5. Up-to-the minute and/or lasts or exists for an appropriate period of time (connect to #3). 6. Never cancelled or reversed once it starts or is reached! Up to scratch!! (Connect to #2.) 7. Not an illegality, except unlawfulness is deliberately meant to cause a particular ripple effect or have the specific impact desired. 8.
