| DESPOILMENT Definition: The act of despoiling (plundering, pillaging; stripping of possessions, especially by the arbitrary use of force; ruination of land by the stripping of its valuable products or putting it to wrong use). ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements would be in. 1.
