Derailment
DERAILMENT

Definition: (of a train) The action of leaving the track; the act of making it to leave the track.

* This is not about the act.


1. Purposeful (?), even if not understandable or known.

2. Train driver got an 'all-clear' on the track before journey commenced. That is, probability of accident was not on the horizon.

3. No loss occurs in the situation. That is, freight, passengers, etc. are not damaged or destroyed from the event. And no death of a person or animal.

4. Train is off the track for a period considered appropriate, and other trains on route are not affected by the mishap (connect to #6).

5. The environment and the ecosystem is not damaged or destroyed as result of train leaving its track.

6. Train is eventually put back on the (repaired?) track to continue trip to garage, for repairs, and/or to its original destination.
