Definition: The process that causes not having something that need, like enough food, money or a home.

1. Appropriate and adequate effort is not being applied to retain, protect, secure, defend, etc. what is possessed.

2. Required authority or control, management or investment capacity, etc. is not possessed.

3. Decisions regarding needs and how to acquire, retain, increase, etc. holding are never well-thought.

4. Redress or compensation, help or assistance, ruling or judgment, etc. will not be favourable, obtainable or forthcoming in situation.

5. Loss or lack, reduction or decrease, etc. will not be the result or outcome of a physical collection of resources - food item, sum of money, shelter material, etc.

6. Process continues until, and stops only, when a realization of folly occurs and/or when a serious lesson is learned and preventive and/or restorative action is taken.

7. What is lost or surrendered is not able to be recouped or regained later, whatever effort will be put in.
