Has exhausted all avenues to stop deportation! 2. Not happy to return to where being taken to - impossible for the person to say 'goodbye and good riddance'. And too late to escape from the law! (connect to #3). 3. Planning ahead and thinking how to quickly return, legally or illegally. (Or thinking how to survive in new place.) 4. Leaves no unresolved issue(s) in the country being deported from. 5. Will not cause a problem on the trip 'home'. 6. Healthy before departure - not likely to die during the journey. 7.
