| ANATHEMA Definition: (formal) A thing or an idea which you hate because it is the opposite of what you believe in: an object of abhorrence. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Thing or idea is specific and identifiable. 2. The object or item, the plan or thought or suggestion, is measurable and/or assessable. 3. What is hated is real or realistic. (To emphasize.) 4. Will be annoyingly, permanently present or existing, constantly remembered or in contact with. 5. Closeness or nearness to, dealing, relationship, etc. with, thing or idea will always bring an unplanned loss, disadvantage, etc. 6. Will be impossible to alter or change, overturn or convert, etc. to become likeable or 'friendly'. 7. Thing is indestructible or idea unforgettable, even if it can be avoided or disregarded. 8.
