Definition: A quality deserving blame.

* All six elements would be in.


1. Nature of quality will be retrogressive, destructive, negative, poor, ugly, bad, etc.

2. Won't be possible to amend and/or alter, or correct and/or improve particular quality.

3. No excuse or justification or rationalization can be made for the poorness of quality.

4. Who or what has quality will be able to respond. That is, blaming will be worthwhile.

5. Some loss or disadvantage will be suffered as a direct outcome or output of quality.

6. It will not be possible to secure a legal injunction against the thing to be blamed.
