| DELAYING TACTICS Definition: The things that somebody does to deliberately delay the start or progress of something. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements would be in. 1. Person has a purpose and considers it necessary to do things. 2. Acts or actions - not inaction - are specific and identifiable. 3. Things done are all measurable and/or assessable. 4. Done timely, before a 'start' is set in motion or before an unstoppable momentum is gathered. 5. Will not cause an unplanned loss for who does things, whatever it takes, no matter the costs. 6. Things will not be illegal or patently illicit, etc. 7. Things done will not reduce the effectiveness or potency, progress or speed, of the commencement or progress, when eventually a take-off or an advancement is achieved. 8. (Reserved.) (Whatever is done will not include the deliberate tampering with the timepiece or physical prevention of a movement or stoppage of an act/action, etc.) 9. Works exactly as planned for (to emphasize).
