No physical strength, power or energy; no ability or capability. 2. No relevant tool, equipment, etc.; not enabled. 3. No vital information, data, etc. is possessed to help ward off threat; no advantage. 4. No resources or finances to employ the best, loyal and guaranteed protection (to emphasize); no 'depth'. 5. No absence or shortage of danger or risk. That is, a need exists for you to be protected from a threat or imminent danger; no excuse. 6.
