Person has a purpose and considers it necessary to deceive. 2. Knows as a certainty that thing is not at all true (to emphasize). 3. Speaks or acts convincingly, leaving no room for doubts, questions, etc.; gives nothing away. 4. Will, if required, enthusiastically and promptly reconfirm the so-called 'truth', swearing or taking an oath, if challenged to do so. 5. Person will benefit or gain from deceiving another. 6.
