| DECAY (2) Definition: The gradual destruction of a society, an institution, a system, etc. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary - for the spoilers, destroyers, etc. 2. The 'decadent rich' are those in the positions of authority. 3. Wastes, corruption, losses and destruction, etc. reign supreme in the society, institution, system, etc. 4. The upright can do nothing to stem a decline in moral values. And nothing positive or progressive has a meaning for the people in authority. 5. No effective criminal justice system - in society; viable organization and focus - in institution; effectiveness or efficiency - in system, etc. That is, nature of society, etc. does not support progress or advancement. 6. Society, institution, etc. must finally crash or be destroyed in the end (see definition). 7. Some people 'benefit' from the damage being gradually inflicted on society, etc. (connect to #1). 8. No order or orderliness, composure or normalcy, etc. in place. 9.
