| DECAPITATION Definition: The act of beheading somebody (= cutting off someone's head). ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements would be in. 1. Purposeful (to emphasize, connect to #2). 2. Considered necessary to inflict particular form of cruelty. 3. Act is authorized or approved. That is, beheading is not a patently illegal act. 4.
