| DEBT OF HONOR Definition: (American) A debt the repayment of which cannot be enforced by law, especially a gambling debt. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Debt was not deliberately planned not to be repaid. 2. Indebtedness was somehow beneficial for the debtor. 3. There won't be declaration of unwillingness to pay. 4. Nothing creditor does will be able to involve the law. 5. Debt will be repaid in the end, however long it takes. 6. Time that repayment takes causes a loss to creditor. 7.
