| DEATHBED Definition: The bed in which somebody is dying or dies. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements would be in. * See perfect death-bed (2). * Metaphorically 'speaking',... 1. 'Comfortable and balanced'. That is, body is fully 'relaxed' and ready to go for its final rest. __________________ (bedridden - orthopaedic - or fitness freak - waterbed) NO NEEDS. 2. 'Clean, neat and tidy'. That is, bed is 'well-made'; no unsolved or unresolved issues are left behind for the living (relatives), or society (neighbourhood), or the nature (environment), by the departed or soon-to-be gone. In other words, dying or dead person has/had a will, makes/made restitution and confessions, forgave and was forgiven, etc., as applicable and/or necessary. __________________ (rich or not-so-rich) NO REGRETS. 3. Its surrounding is joyful and peaceful. That is, bed is surrounded by love (= loving relations, lovable pets, beautiful cards bearing warm messages, nice decorations, etc.) (Sorry can't go with any money or materials/physical possessions!) __________________ (an only child or a newborn) NO MORE PAIN. 4. Place (= bed) is laid or sat on with an open-mind. That is, person has no grudge or malice and is not discontent at this time. In other words, the mind of dying person is at peace with itself (or you!): no fears or ... (connect to #5). __________________ (centenarian or teenager) NO MORE WARS. 5. Thoughts, beliefs, acts, actions or inaction, at this time, lays emphasis on only the other-worldly (to emphasize). __________________ (Atheist, Christian, Muslim or Traditionalist or ... .) NO MORE SORROWS. 6. Bed is stayed on for a very short duration. That is, inevitability arrives or arrived quickly. _______________________ (cemetery or crematorium) GO IN PEACE; GO WELL. GO.
