| DEAL (4) Definition: (in card games) The action of giving out cards to the players. ______________________________________________________________________ * All five elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary. 2. Cards given out are the genuine, correct ones. That is, no manipulation of any kind happens before act is performed. And cards are not tampered with in any way (to emphasize). 3. Cards are given out according to the rules, guides, regulations, etc. of the game. (To emphasize.) 4. No instance of rejection of car by any player (connect to #3). 5.
