| DEAL (2) Definition: An agreement, especially in business, on particular conditions for buying or doing something. ______________________________________________________________________ * All ten elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and considered necessary to enter into particular agreement. 2. Terms and conditions are understandable and understood by all parties to the agreement. 3. No negative fallout (or regrets) arises from agreement, in the immediate or distant future. 9. No offer can be better than what is in agreement (to emphasize). 10.
