| DEAFNESS (2) Definition: A situation of being unwilling to listen or pay attention to something. ______________________________________________________________________ * All ten elements would be in. 1. Purposeful for, and believed necessary by, 'the deaf'. 2. A demand or requirement to be heard or to watch is clearly known. 3. Unwillingness is directly shown to who or what is disregarded. 4. Refusal to listen or focus is total - no chosing or selecting what part of thing to hear or see. 5. The period and efforts being made, if any, during the time, is not devoted to, or being used for, some important thing. That is, no serious justification can be provided by who will 'hear no evil, see no evil' 6. Who (or what?) is temporarily deaf will suffer no disadvantage or loss as a consequence - faces no danger during period of 'deafness'. 7. No request will be made by who is deaf for a particular thing, which he/she earlier refused to hear/view, to be repeated or done again (connect to #6). 8. Who or what was not listened to or paid attention will suffer a serious loss as a direct fallout of being 'rejected'. 9. Relationship or association between persons or people will be unaffected as a result. That is, matter will not be a source of or lead to a quarrel, fight, disagreement, etc. 10. Hearing or focus needed would not be able to be provided by another.
