| DAZZLE (2) Definition: A thing or quality that impresses you but may prevent you from understanding or thinking clearly. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements would be in. 1. Thing or quality is specific and identifiable. 2. The thing or quality is measurable and/or assessable. 3. Not a common, routine or run-of-the mill thing or quality. 4. You devote considerable time and/or other resources to the thing or quality, to appreciate in trying to understand, whether it is repetitious or a one-off, permanent or temporary. 5. Has a measure of surprise, shock, alarm, intrigue, etc. That is, thing or quality is not plain, simple, blank or bland. 6. Does not cause forgetfulness or arouse a very strong, especially negative emotion. But thing or quality may, while it lasts, cause a distraction of your thoughts (see definition). 7. The thing or quality is or can be fully seen or accessed to fully engage your attention (connect to #3 & #6). 8.
