Days of grace
DAYS OF GRACE

Definition: The lapse of time allowed after a payment is due.

* All ten elements should be in.


1. Purposeful and necessary.

2. Requested for by indebted party.

3. Can't be more than 72 hours. (To emphasize.)

4. Specified period won't be a week (see definition).

5. Believed by debtor to be reasonable (connect to #3).

6. Will be used beneficially, whatever the debtor's condition.

7. Considered as enough. That is, has no spare day(s) will be left, after (re)payment has been settled, to lead to a borrowing afresh.

8. Always ever seems to pass more quickly than usual. That is, some desperate action or hurry will be displayed during this period.

9. Allowed days won't be extended or it will not be possible to use the instrumentality of law to shorten it; not negotiable or actionable.

10. Creditor(s) will not die before the end of stated days. And/or payment due will not be for a debt of honour (unenforceable in law).
