| DAYMARE Definition: (informal) A very frightening and unpleasant experience or event that occurs or is witnessed during the afternoon of a day. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements would be in. 1. Specific and identifiable, not that being imagined. 2. The senses will be able to react or respond to event. 3. 'Ill' was seen approaching, but could not be prevented. 4. The 'madness' was not forecast or expected in the least. 5. Starts and ends within the bright lights of an afternoon. 6. Loss, disadvantage, etc. arising therefrom will be serious. 7. The period it lasts will be like 'eternity' (connect to #5). 8. Will contribute to making day's evening/night a horrible time. 9. Not one consolation or saving grace will be present in problem. Gosh.
